Someone from the office gets back to you to agree on a day and time. They'll also confirm whether the first conversation is in person or by phone.

Can I start with a phone consultation?
Yes. A phone call first lets you share your goals before you commit to travel. Patients travel from across the country and around the world.
How it works: you call, we set a time to talk, and afterward we follow up with next steps. A phone call can't replace an exam, so a final treatment plan needs an in-person visit.

What happens at the first visit?
Dr. Farahnik starts by asking what you'd like to change. Then he examines your teeth, gums and bite, because cosmetic work needs a healthy foundation. He explains the options that fit, including simpler ones. You'll receive a written treatment plan and fee after your exam.

What should I bring?
Bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take. If you've had recent X-rays or scans at another office, mention it when you book.

We accept all PPO insurance plans. Dr. Farahnik works with all budgets and price ranges.
